Sizes
We offer a variety of sizes. All window wells are 66" wide with a projection of 39". With varying heights starting at 24" to 60" increase in 12" increments.
No cross bracing required. Excavated soil is satisfactory for back fill. IRC 2003 Code Compliant
Metal Grates
These safety grates are durable and will prevent members of your family from accidentally falling into the window well. They allow ventilation and will not obstruct the natural light from entering your basement. The grates are powder coated with an earth tone color that will blend into your home's natural landscape.
Our greats are 73" x 42". They are constructed of 1/2" metal tubing and angle iron. The withstand a 250 lb. individual, but are not intended for continual foot traffic.
Polycarbonate Cover Size
These safety covers are durable and will prevent members of your family from accidentally falling into the window well. The polycarbonate covers are effective at keep your wells free from leaves and debris while still allowing natural sunlight to enter your basement.
Our clear polycarbonate covers are 74" x 42". They are constructed of a heavy guage polycarbonate material with UV light protection.
